Subject: "Dali", BC, & High Level Descriptions Of Interfaces
John,
I have been following the BC theme with interest. One dimension seems to be
about how one BC block communicate with another BC block.
I have two questions:
1. Has anyone been using DALI/PC (Protocol_Compiler) in tandem with BC?
2. How important do the readers of ESNUG think the high level description
of interfaces is?
My motivation comes from the fact that I think the description of interfaces
(protocols, mapping of data, timing, etc.) is one important area not yet
addressed at the "behavioural level". As far as I know, DALI is very much a
stand-alone tool and not all that well advertised by Synopsys.
