I recently did a design with Chip Express for which the design handoff was
very smooth. I had no problem with the test vectors.  Perhaps ["FedEx, They
Ain't"] could give a few details about what was mis-documented.  This
information may prove useful to those who, like me, plan use Chip Express in
the future, notwithstanding the humble opinion of ["FedEx, They Ain't"].
