Subject: Free Cell Characterization Software That Creates Synopsys Models

John,

I have written some automatic cell characterization software & am releasing
it under GNU Public License in hopes that it may be useful to people.  Grab
it at www.yu.org/robert.  It does load delay, input cap, setup/hold,
clock-enable setup/hold, and clock-q delays, works with hspice/smartspice,
and creates Synopsys models.
