I have some experience with BONeS Designer. It is a good tool and seems
to output pretty accurate results and good predictions. The problems are
these:

  (1) Long learning curve - advisable to take training from Cadence
  (2) Enormous amounts of processing power required. Our model takes
about a couple of months to run all the simulations when it is run
on 20 Ultra -2 Sparcstations. You can imagine. :-)

We are planning to upgrade our model to run on Ultra-30s which are supposed
to be 5 times faster. Even then, running all the simulations would take
a week.
