Hello John,

In respond to this item, I have a similar experience. Just this past
weekend, DC crashed on us few times. We saved the error messages and
called the Hot Line (HL) on Monday. The first thing the person said
from the HL, you have to send me a test case. I argued with him and asked
does these numbers means anything to you. Answer: "they are worthless you
need to send me a test case". I even called the local support guy and his
answer to the same issue: "true, they are worthless to you and me, we need
a test case, it only make sense to the R&D guy, it could help him in some
way, if he had a chance to look at them".
