Subject: Customer Resents Cadence Insistance On Using E-mail Support Forms
Hi, John,
About Cadence support: They truly are a pain to use. One thing I abhore
is that they absolutely force me to use their stupid email template
when submitting even the simplest question and refuse to answer me unless
it's filled out correctly. I can't stand that. Synopsys has something
similar on the web they would like you to use I guess, but they don't ever
seem intent on forcing me into it. As long as my emails are clear and
complete Synopsys is usually pretty good about responding ASAP.
