Hi, [ Intel Inside ],

That's a REALLY good question. I know if I ask the Cadence spin doctors
they'll say something to the effect of: "Private? Who said we're going
private? Bah! That's just a silly rumor for the New York Times to sell
more newspapers and nothing more! They do that, you know! Go away, you
troublemaking vermin, you! Bah!"

So as a public service, I'm doing a Call-For-Theories on exactly why
Mike Fister would want Cadence to go private. *ALL* responses will be
anonymous -- I'm more interested in the exact theory and the exact
reasoning behind the theory -- rather than in who said it. Please email
me your theory(s) about what you think Fister's motivations are here and
I'll put them *completely anonymous* in a Wiretap on DeepChip. Thanks.
