ADD or REMOVE
I use a special script to process ADD and REMOVE requests.
This is an _EXAMPLE_ assuming your email address is
"josh@motorola.com" -- put your own email
address
in here in your own actual ADD or REMOVE request.
To subscribe a specific email address to ESNUG, send an e-mail:
To:
Subject: ADD josh@motorola.com
Hi, John,
Could you add
my address to the list?
- Josh
To unsubscribe a specific email address from ESNUG, send an e-mail:
To:
Subject: REMOVE josh@motorola.com
Hey, John,
I just lost my job here.
Could you
remove this address from your ESNUG list?
- Josh
and a fews days or weeks later, my script AUTOMATICALLY adds or removes you on the
ESNUG mailing list.
This is a really simple script! For example, if you've switched companies
so you need to do both
an ADD
and a REMOVE, I need one email with just the ADD request and
another separate email with the REMOVE
request. Two emails!
