WED, JUNE 6, 2:13 PM -- I've just heard from a historically reliable source
that Synopsys is acquiring ArchPro for some undisclosed amount of money.  In
fact, this source reports that while passing the ArchPro DAC booth he had
personally seen Aart de Geus and Pratap Reddy (the CEO of ArchPro) "smiling
and siting down together" right before the booth door was quickly closed.
